The world’s first, greenfield city 217 kmsq that was planned entirely digitally. Fabric was used to import the initial master plan via a web service provided by the regional authority comprising  cadastral data and zoning data - and then reverse engineer a detailed planning scheme that would maximise financial returns while delivering  sustainability goals set by the authority.
