In anticipation of on-going development of Putrajaya into a city of nearly 350,000 population by 2025, and its goal of reducing carbon emission intensity by 40 percent, Putrajaya administration embarked on a low-carbon city campaign.

Urbanetic implemented its sustainable cities planning tool to understand and propose Energy Conservation Measures to reduce energy consumption and carbon emission levels by more than one third for all major buildings.
