WE PROVIDE SOFTWARE AND SERVICES TO DIGITIZE, OPTIMIZE, FINANCE AND MANAGE CITIES AND INFRASTRUCTURE TO HELP BUILD A BETTER, LIVEABLE, SUSTAINABLE AND HIGH-PERFORMANCE BUILT ENVIRONMENT.

Urbanetic has developed a unique data technology to rapidly create Digital Twins as 3D Parametric models of cities on a web platform and along with that, associated advanced analytics and Distributed Ledger / Blockchain based automated software services to connect issuers of ESG rated high performance real estate assets with investors more efficiently.

The digital twinning product, "Fabric", is based on a unique semantic data model called Precinct Information Modelling (PIM) © developed by Urbanetic. This allows any city to create its digital twin within weeks. "Fabric" is the foundation for any city to build a livable, sustainable city with optimized land uses and infrastructure .  

The tokenization platform translates the digitized features (buildings and infrastructure) into fractionalized financial assets or digital tokens that are tradable globally.  The platform provides access to fundraisers to issue Digital Asset Backed Securities for their high performance real-estate projects and investors to a curated list of high performance assets with impactful triple bottom line and ESG outcomes.

Such a software-as-a-service platform liberalizes, accelerates and directs financing of city development projects to impactful financial, economic, environmental outcomes.

Urbanetic is a diverse group of people with broad and deep experience in their respective fields with innovative mindsets, curiosity and enthusiasm to create and learn everyday. We apply our thinking, experience, expertise and energy to build software that is useful and usable and applied. 


From our early days of research and practice we strove to fuse art (architecture) with engineering (data technology) and created the discipline we call "Cybertecture" and applied it effectively working with city planners , the broader research community and practitioners in city administrations and the industry.
